There are many opportunities on campus for you to serve Macalester, and participate in a variety of activities. Engagement and service also offers you the opportunity to connect with new people, of all class years and ages, you might otherwise not know. Get out there and try joining something that is new to you!

CIVIC ENGAGEMENT CENTER (CEC)
Are you interested in service in our broader communities outside of Macalester? The CEC offers many opportunities for you to engage in our surrounding community. They can work with professors to find opportunities to take learning outside the classroom. The CEC has student workers who identify service opportunities and help students connect their interests with those opportunities. LIVE IT! FUND, ACTION FUNDS, AND DAVIS PROJECTS FOR PEACE
Have you worked with a community in the past, and want funding over either J-Term or the summer to pursue a project with that community?
